Cancellation/ No Show Policy
Please give us a 24 hours notice of your schedule appointment time if you need to cancel your reservation. You will be forbidden the deposit if you are unable to give us a notice or no show the appointment.
Refund
We do not offer full refund or deposits on services. If you experience an allergy and are unable to wear the eyelash extensions, we will remove them free of charge.
Guarantee
If you are unhappy with our services, please contact us within 3 days. We are happy to fix it for you at no extra charge.
